I had an issue with my standby Generator. Lost power due to storm and the unit did not start. Office was able to get a mechanic out quickly. The issue was not initially evident. The mechanic stuck with it, determined the issue and completed the fix. Kudos to Advanced electric. This is the reason I have a maintenance agreement with Advanced. They're true professionals.

Ray just came to my house this morning to perform an annual service on my generator. His work was far superior to my previous company that used to service my generator. Ray was there to change the oil and check the operation of the unit but also replaced the spark plugs and adjusted one the engine cylinder valves that had lost some of its compression over time. Then he did such a nice job cleaning up the inside of the unit but also the exterior metal that surrounds the generator.. I highly recommend Advanced Electric for all your generator needs. I have a house in a very wooded area - Advanced Electric has helped me keep the power up and the lights on for 20 years - even through several hurricanes and many storms.They’ve helped as well with the less urgent tasks - new fixtures and old fixtures.
