Thomas Edison installed a light in my kitchen in April. Unfortunately, the light stopped working properly in August. I called them back to come to check out the light, and they informed me that their service was no longer under warranty. They dispatched Mike to come by to see what was happening. He did his best to diagnose the situation, and after the service manager called to see if I was satisfied with the service, they refunded my service fee. Turns out I have a poorly made light fixture that must be replaced. I appreciated the personal call and the refund.
Jason did a fantastic job. I had an EV Charger installed at my house. The project was not easy as the circuit box was on the opposite side of the house from where charger would be located. He detailed all the work that needed to be done and was very transparent about the cost of each item. I would highly recommend Thomas Edison and Jason.Services: Electrical wiring installation
Terrific service and great customer service. The technician, diagnosed the problem quickly and solved efficiently. Clean, quick and lots of communication. We're able to fix within 24 hours!!!
