I want to extend a huge thank you to Dave and his team at Independent Electrical for helping me restore power to my home after Delmarva dropped the ball.
When my home experienced a partial outage, I contacted Delmarva. Their response time was over six hours, and when a technician finally arrived, he told me the issue was with the underground wires, which I was apparently responsible for. That’s when I found Dave.
After I explained the situation over the phone, he and his team were at my home within the hour, already working to diagnose the problem. When I mentioned that a new telephone pole had recently been installed, Dave immediately suspected the line...read full review
