First he did a few small jobs--outlets, fixtures, that kind of thing--and the work was excellent. I then hired him to wire my shed/workshop and prepare the garage to have electric vehicles. Wiring the shed required drilling through the garage stone wall and running a cable underground for about 100ft (I hired excavators; Paul came over to verify their work as they did it). The work was stellar and had no trouble passing inspection. When a tree limb landed on the shed and destroyed his work, he came out the same day to assess the damage and then came out on a Sunday while my power was out to switch over the water heater so it can be run with my generator. Paul is friendly, polite, and leaves the workspace completely clean. Unless he moves or retires, he's my electrician from now on and I recommend you hire him, too.“

They installed two chandeliers - one in a room with 14ft ceilings, installed recessed lights in my daughter’s bedroom and recommended installing surge protectors on our 200amp control boxes in the basement to prevent damage to our appliances from a surge of electricity.

I’ve asked the guys at DND to come back for more electrical work - hanging another light fixture and wiring a custom built-in cabinet/bookshelf in my home office.

“Experienced partial loss of electrical service to my townhouse and called Parra Electric for an emergency service call. They came out within a couple hours and diagnosed the issue. I found the technicians to be very fast, clean and personable. The office staff was also very courteous and efficient in responding to my call. The repair work needed involved replacing my old power meter and circuit panel. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. “Our entire electrical system was acting strange when it came back after a brief blackout. Our entire house is on electric and we have a solar system as well which complicates the system a bit. Sam came out within hours and diagnosed the problem which was a big one that could have been very dangerous. Due to the time it would take and the need for parts it couldn't be fixed until the next day but Sam set us up with a temp fix so we could have heat and some critical systems. He came back the next morning and did a wonderful job. He communicated throughout the process and was polite and pleasant as were the other 2 men with him.
