They offer yoga for a variety of levels and interests. The space is inviting and cozy. The community that attends classes there are amazing. The owner Lorean is such a kind and supportive soul. The reiki sessions I’ve had from her have been nothing less than amazing. I have been able to heal, learn and grow so much through the reiki sessions. They’re extremely insightful and relaxing. I highly recommend attending a class or booking a yoga session.“

Definitely worth checking out, whether for fitness or dance classes! They’re so passionate about the classes they teach at the studio and they're always encouraging everyone to show up as their best selves. They've created a dance community that is perhaps among the most inclusive and encouraging communities l've been apart of. All of this to say, they create an environment that makes everyone feel welcomed and they meet everyone where they're at. The classes they teach have instilled so much confidence and strength in me that I truly do not recognize the person I was prior to starting classes here!“

In close to three decades of working in private banking and finance I have come across many high-level professionals. I never thought I’d find one of the best of them at a local gym. Robert Nathans. Robert’s knowledge from decades of experience is immediately evident, but what truly sets him apart is how personally invested he becomes in the success of every client he works with.
He doesn't just assign workouts—he takes the time to understand each individual's goals, develops customized programs, carefully matches clients with the right trainer, and continuously follows up to monitor progress and provide encouragement.
My two children have trained under Robert's guidance for close to a year now, and the impact has been tremendous. My son is a multi-sport high school athlete, and Robert worked with him to develop a program tailored to improve his athletic performance. My daughter, seeing the change in her brother simply wanted to get in better shape and Robert customized a completely different program designed specifically for her goals. In both cases, the physical results have been impressive, but even more importantly, is the impact to their confidence, discipline, and mental toughness.
What I appreciate most is that Robert's involvement doesn't end after the initial plan is created. He regularly checks in with both my children and myself, asking about their progress and even taking the time to simply ask how they're doing, how was school, how did you play yesterday, etc… That level of genuine care is rare.
I cannot recommend Robert Nathans and his team highly enough. His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to his clients is exceptional. Robert approaches his role with the care and dedication of someone who you’d think owns the gym. All I can say is if he ever did go out on his own, we’d be the first to follow him.“
