Yogi Spine Care & Physical Therapy
“I have L3 through L5 stenosis and bulging discs. Unable to have spinal injections due to another medical issue, I turned to physical therapy for pain management. I chose Yogi Spine and Physical Therapy bc of other good reviews and Sam has definitely lived up to the 5-Star ratings. He knows where you need to strengthen depending on where your pain originates. Very kind and professional I already have improvement after one week and understand that, with PT, improvement only happens when you’re willing to do the hard work.”
