“My son joined Action Karate Newtwon in the fall of 2019 (through virtual and outdoor karate) to complete his junior black belt as well as his first degree adult black belt. It’s been wonderful to see my son gain a positive sense of self, learn perseverance and have a positive constructive physical outlet. The instructors do everything to be inclusive while challenging different levels of skill. My husband and I have also joined in our own karate journeys as a way to stay active as a family with the added benefit of solidifying other adult/parent friendships along the way.”
