Utilizing tools, and allowing me the space to express what I'm feeling on the inside. Thank you Mrs. Poole and the staff of Holistic for your support ??“
“I tried a couple yoga studios in Northern Liberties and ultimately landed on Tula because it had such a warm, welcoming feel and a variety of classes. I have been attending regularly (3-4 x a week) for the past couple months and cannot recommend it enough. If you go there, make sure you check out Teagan's classes which will make you feel incredible after and Judy's yoga sculpt which will have you SWEATING.
Another cute plus is their adorable swag (I think it's half my wardrobe at this point).
5 stars all around!“

4305 Locust St, Philadelphia“I genuinely cannot speak highly enough about EveryBody Movement and Wellness. The instructors are all thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. They really go above and beyond to create an environment that emphasizes both challenging yourself and honoring your body's needs/limits. Taking classes here has become a highlight of my weeks and has taught me so much about how to listen to my body and navigate my chronic back pain. Plus, all the folks who take classes here are so friendly and kind which makes the experience just that much better!“

I had a massage from Adrian a few months ago thanks to a gift certificate I was given last Christmas. If I could afford to, I would see him every week. Our session did go a little over time because he gave me the time I needed to try to work out where I thought my pain was coming from, and I thank him for that. He let me talk the entire time and ask him questions, which I did to try to help him figure out where the origin of my neck pain was, but he seemed to know just by feel and yeah… In one session he was able to teach me the correct range of motion for my neck when I turn it to the left. He showed me how the pain and stiffness I felt when turning my head was due to chronic bad posture. It was beyond enlightening. I try to work on my posture all the time, but I never feel like I am in control of it because I’ve never had proper posture due to a sedentary upbringing.Getting my neck to turn all the way to the left without my shoulder tightening felt like some kind of spiritual miracle, like my body has been wanting to return to some some proper state of function my whole life. He showed me how what I thought was normal when I turned by head was actually my traps straining to stabilize my head and how I actually have to go against my body’s instinct to tighten my shoulders. One day when I’m not living paycheck to paycheck I will attempt to make a regular appointment with Adrian. I have had some great massages before but not like this. This was an eye opening experience I think about months later.“

943 Kings Hwy, West Deptford“As a beginner in yoga, I was apprehensive about starting something out of my comfort zone. I'm 58, portly, and non athletic. This place is so warm (no pun intended) and inviting. A no judgment zone where anyone can do as much or as little as you can. The fellow yogis are delightful and come from all walks of life. If in doubt, try it. After about 6 classes, I feel like I really want this in my life. Results are noticeable quickly. Yin yoga on Wednesday night is a fantastic starting point for any beginner.“

1030 Haddon Ave, Collingswood“I've only taken two classes so far at the studio but I cannot say enough great things about it... I took A Monday evening flow with a substitute and Wednesday with Matty James.... I have taken his classes before elsewhere but never here. I'd say it's one of the best yoga classes I've ever taken tonight between the vinyasa flows, the energy that he brings to yoga class, his soft warm approach to teaching, and the component of fun that sometimes I forget about in yoga. Thank you!“

6462 Chew Ave, Philadelphia“Working with Dr. Antonio at Still Point Ayurveda over the past year has been truly transformative for me. Under his guidance, I’ve experienced meaningful shifts not only in my physical health but also in my emotional well-being and the way I relate to myself.
Dr. Antonio takes a deeply holistic approach that stays true to the principles of Ayurveda while meeting you with genuine empathy and care. He brings together the roles of medical practitioner, therapist, and spiritual guide in a way that feels both grounded and supportive.
When I first came in, I felt physically and emotionally weighed down. With patience, consistency, and his guidance, I now feel lighter, healthier, and more connected to myself. Even my recent lab results reflect the progress. This work is a journey, and I’m grateful to have Dr. Antonio alongside me on the path.“
