I started going to Spire Fitness about 2 months ago. It’s been a great experience! I’ve lost weight, gained strength, and have a lot more energy! Colleen and her team make the sessions so much fun!! I never feel judged about my ability and they are so helpful with modifications when I’m unable to do some of the exercises.
Colleen works with my Special needs son. He's high functioning but lacks focus sometimes. Colleen makes his workouts fun and he stays more attentive and enjoys going to Spire Fitness.
This is a review from a former exercise procrastinator: the personal trainers at Spire make exercise fun. I actually look forward to going there and I feel more energetic and stronger than I have felt in years!
