I can't recommend this place enough for both kids and adults of all ages. The students from white belts through black belts all support each other and have a great time every class. You get to learn karate and self-defense all while getting in a great workout that relieves the stress of work parenting and everyday life. Everyone leaves every class with a huge smile. They also have tons of cool events and different types of training. We are so happy we decided to check it out and my entire family is enrolled and loving it.
