I needed a new A/C unit and furnace . Until the new unit could be installed as this was a Friday Oliver the manager came to my house and installed 2 AIr conditions in my home as the the weekend was going to be very hot.. “Our first snow was coming down and I had no heat when I got home. My house was at 54 and my dog was a shivering mess. MT was here within an hour of my call. The tech they sent was very personable and I had a great time talking with him while he spent much more time than I expected assuring my furnace was cycling correctly.
