Precision LLC was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable on the issue at hand. Alex was thorough, as well as Ben, who fixed the water leak. They were here in a very quick timeline, and came back the next morning and were able to complete the repair in a timely manner.(2 hours) Both guys explained everything in detail, showed me pics of the problem, and discussed everything beforehand. Also showed me the bad parts causing the leak. Virginia also was very courteous with our phone calls. I would definitely recommend them . Everyone was great to work with!

The inducer on our furnace was running continuously. The usual culprits were not the cause. Alex was able to trace the problem to a faulty humidifier control that was causing a short/back feed.
