This place SUCKS, they try and sell you stuff you do not need, or better yet they make you feel like your equipment is Junck and that you should replace it, I thought this place had technicians not equipment replacers.
I love the communications and the promptness of this company. Rick was great! In fact, I don't think we have had a bad experience with any of the technicians.
