“This place is magic. I could barely move before I visited these highly competent teammates. I am regaining my strength. I can wash dishes by hand, go on walks, and lift my back pack when I have not been able to do so for months before visiting. My pain is dissipating and much less frequent when it was chronic and debilitating before they helped me. I leave the office feeling joy and a sense that I am finally on track. Don't be stupid and wait as long as I did to seek help. Don't bother with anyone else. They will empower you and make you stronger than you were before any injury.“

“I’ve worked with many pelvic floor physical therapists, and Emily Hegyi is by far the best. She really knows her stuff and makes you feel completely comfortable. She’s super respectful and trauma-informed. She always asks for consent and checks in often to make sure you’re doing okay. Emily is also great about involving me in my treatment. She has a plan but is always open to adjusting based on how I’m feeling. I can't recommend her highly enough!“

“I have been to three places for therapy in the last five years. To backtrack, I ‘ve suffered several strokes during the years and possibly have unspecified neurological condition. All three eventually told me that they could not help me. When I came Total Performance, Dr. Vasey truthfully told that she could improve my condition albeit it would not lead to perfection. She exceeded my expectations. I used a cane for years due to muscular weakness. She very patiently kneaded problem muscle groupings have resulted in a very marked difference, my cane collection has far lesser use. Kudos to Dr Caitlin!!“

“Located inside XL Sports World, so very convenient t location for parents and athletes...All around fantastic group of physical therapists to get PT from. I've been there three times for different reasons each time and ALWAYS completed PT feeling far better and in much less pain than when I started. Office staff also very courteous and understanding regarding scheduling g changes last minute. Go see Jake or Luke to get your back pain gone or significantly reduced!“

“Went for about 3-4 months for lower back sciatic pain down my left leg to the point where I could barely bend forward without high pain. Mike Dellapena was my therapist, and his program allowed for me to recover range of motion, flexibility, and strength in my hamstrings and lower back. By the end of my sessions I was about 75-80% recovered. Continuing the program at home I am now close to 100%, and can touch my toes and move around again without any pain at all. “I can’t recommend primal enough. I have been struggling with some pretty severe hip flexor/quad pain…which lead to a number of other things due to me trying to compensate for it. Within 2 dry needling sessions I feel like a new person ???. Dr. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and has been so helpful in getting me back to peak performance. I had two operations on my shoulder in a six month period. One in March and the other in September. The first one was a shoulder replacement and the second was to remove a buildup of scar tissue. I was told by the surgeon that I had to start physical therapy the very next day after the second surgery. After my first surgery I was going to a different PT place. I stopped going there because the surgeon told me that there is no reason to go to PT until the arthroscopic surgery was done. After that surgery I tried to make an appointment to continue with them but they could not accommodate me. The surgeon was quite adamant about starting PT the next day.
I had to find another place.
My wife previously was a patient at Glenside. She said that she liked the trainer who worked with her on her hip. She said that his name is Kyle and previously in the past was a cheerleader for the Philadelphia Eagles.
When I called to make an appointment the individual to whom I spoke was very friendly. He said that there would be no problem starting and was assigned a therapist by the name of Kelly. For the most part Kelly worked with me. However, there were times that other therapists worked on my shoulder. All of them were friendly, caring and well-schooled. With all their help I progressed very quickly.
I highly recommend Glenside Physical Therapy. I really landed on my feet when I chose them.“

They customize your plan to fit your needs on a visit to visit basis, since recovery is not always linear! I have had chronic back and hip issues for years and have used several PT groups with little positive results. Ian really helped me push past my issues and tap into building my strength in hip and core. I appreciate how easy ATI has made it in accomodating my busy schedule and needs with two young children as well. A+ for these guys.“

I got to work with Gabi, and not only is she incredibly knowledgeable (I saw immediate results after just one session with her!!) and professional, she is so understanding and empathetic. Restore PT puts so much effort into making the space comfortable for every patient that walks through the door. I had such a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, it was cut short due to a family emergency and I wasn't able to complete all of my sessions. But I am continuing with exercises/stretches and am noticing improvement daily.
