“They are fabulous to work with! Ryan and his team's years of experience shone through during every step of adding the 800sqft addition to our house. As with any construction project, especially when demolishing the original garage, adding a new foundation, and then building and connecting to the existing home, there would be unexpected bumps. Every bump was handled with grace. Our project included other items not part of the new addition, such as new front and back doors to the main house, removal of a skylight, and reduction of the chimney for a gas-insert stove later.

There were so many steps and so many details. Ryan and his team walked us through it methodically. He spent a good amount of time working through the design and giving us time to process different ideas. And best of all, Ryan came in on budget. As with any project, as the owners, we made changes and additions that caused additional costs, but that did not affect the original budget that Ryan's plans outlined. Leaning on Ryan and his team for advice is key to successfully navigating a project of this magnitude. In fact, to control some costs, we could do all the painting and flooring ourselves since neither requires a licensed installer. Allowing us to put that money back into other features, such as the grand bay window for the new master bedroom over the garage.

The project started in March of 2022 and was completed in March of 2023. Keep in mind, this was during COVID when all the supply chains were backlogged. Ryan handled those with grace and completed the project in a fabulous amount of time.

Today, we absolutely love the new space. Ryan's team even assisted with preparing the landscaping for my wife and me to later fill in with plants based on her design. I cannot stress enough how Ryan and his team will listen to you.
