“Back in 2020, at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, Penn Contractors added a magnificent sunroom to our house where a deck previously was located. I'd just like to follow up on their job. 1 week before the 5-year warranty was to expire, I received a call from Penn. They wanted to make sure that everything was fine prior to the warranty expiring! I mentioned a few drywall cracks from settling and Penn arranged for things to be fixed in a timely manner.
