“We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with KJ Birnbrauer Construction, along with replacing several living room windows and adding a new sliding door, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
From start to finish, Karl and his team were fantastic to work with. Before we even signed a contract, Karl took the time to meet with us, answer all of our questions, and walk through the project in detail. His professionalism and transparency made us feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

They also rebuilt parts of our 5 year old Trex deck that was improperly installed by a different contractor. 2. Time Management: They are punctual and efficient. They work realistic and respectable hours. You can see measurable progress of their work day by day. They come to work and work. Time is money to them just like it is for us as customers.

3. Craftsmanship: Their attention to detail is top-tier. They turned my dated teeny tiny alcove shower into a modern 60-inch walk-in spa-like experience! Their grout-free tile installation work is chef's kiss!

4. Aesthetic: Tina has style!! Although I am the reigning queen of Pinterest, she put together an amazing style board. She understands the color wheel, angels, and lighting, and how it all impacts the outcome of a room. Do not hesitate to share ideas and please do not be close-minded to feedback. Working together enhances the aesthetic.

5. Problem Solvers: Larry has a growth mindset, he treats challenges as opportunities. He works through problem areas to find solutions and resolve them, not band-aid them. They DO NOT take shortcuts, they have integrity and they are of good character (which is hard to find these days).
