“Omar B was our service technician and was very personable and informative as to what the problem was with the unit which was making a strange noise. He showed me what the problem was he found and what he did to fix it.
I advised the unit is 37 years old and wouldn’t have been surprised if he needed to replace it. He said to count every day/week we still have it running as a blessing and to just be aware it will need replacing sooner rather than later.

I'd just like to follow up on their job. 1 week before the 5-year warranty was to expire, I received a call from Penn. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional in all that they do. They're pricing was very reasonable and they were very responsive. The work was done meticulously.
