Restore Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health, LLC Physical Therapy

“12/10!! I couldn't recommend Restore PT & Pelvic Health more!! I got to work with Gabi, and not only is she incredibly knowledgeable (I saw immediate results after just one session with her!!) and professional, she is so understanding and empathetic. Restore PT puts so much effort into making the space comfortable for every patient that walks through the door. I had such a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, it was cut short due to a family emergency and I wasn't able to complete all of my sessions. But I am continuing with exercises/stretches and am noticing improvement daily. Gabi actually reached out to me to follow up and check-in on how I was doing. She truly cares about my health, and makes me feel so supported and like I can reach out to her with any needs. I highly recommend Restore PT & Pelvic Health, cant say it enough!“

Ironphysio Sports Physical Therapy Physical Therapy

“I worked with Jayson for 2 months after injuring my back squatting. I am a trainer and powerlifter and I wanted to get back to my sport and be pain free at work. The quality of the care and the one-on-one attention I got was phenomenal. I learned so much and I saw amazing improvements during my recovery. Unlike other PTs who focus on just mobility and stretching, I was squatting and deadlifting in sessions right away which was so important Jayson is great. He knew exactly what I needed and was always supportive and dedicated in my recovery process. I highly recommend Ironphysio to anyone who wants to receive exceptional care and come away stronger and healthier.“

Phoenix Physical Therapy Physical Therapy

“Why Phoenix? With a plethora of PT options in the area, like you, I sought reviews to aid my decision. This may be lengthy, but it’s worth the read when it comes to the importance of improving your mind and body, so I hope it helps:Perusing Phoenix’s countless positive remarks, I decided to give them a try, despite there being other establishments with slightly closer proximities. This wasn’t my first PT rodeo, and previous experiences had been less than favorable. The main reason being that I felt lost among the abundance of fellow rehabbers with the same time slot as me, and clinicians barely remembered my name let alone my purpose or goals. They’ve always felt like a factory. Not at Phoenix!Upon arrival on day 1, I was met with enthusiasm and a hands-on approach. Nick was thorough in his initial evaluation, asking thoughtful questions and sought to discover the root cause(s) of my rehab needs. I mentioned my disappointments with previous rehab centers and he assured me that Phoenix’s M.O. was to limit the amount of patients per time slot to achieve a more personalized experience. I was skeptical, but figured it was worth a shot.He wasn’t kidding! During my approximately 2.5 months working with both Nick and Richelle, their approaches were professional, knowledgeable, adaptive, enthusiastic, positive, and perceptive. They collaborated in my plan and were always up to speed with where I was in the process. They shifted my routine a few times as more insights were gleaned from my performance/responsiveness to treatment. It was also a way to avoid feeling like I was stuck in a boring cycle or they were just going through the same trite motions they would with anyone. It was data-driven and perceptive for the better. Everything was explained in an easily digestible way (for those like me who want to know the “why” instead of just the “do it because”.)I should also mention that their internal goal is to get rid of you…in the best possible way! They’re not trying to keep you lingering around collecting your money or spending your time. The idea is to build up your own knowledge and comfortability to establish a future home program when the time is right. The exit strategy is key because it allows you to set and maintain goals. I never felt pressured to do something that was uncomfortable. It felt more like an unofficial challenge to be better and to get better - and they were my biggest “fans.”As the weeks flew by (pun intended), my improvements were noticeable, unlike with other places. I was gaining confidence and the idea I was getting BETTER was a previously foreign feeling. It never felt cookie-cutter and I also observed different techniques for varying clientele, catering to various personalities and abilities in the best possible way. Everyone is greeted with a friendliness that makes you feel part of the team, but the expectations are still set that you’re there to improve, however possible for you as an individual. If you’ve gotten this far in the review, I hope it’s been conveyed that Phoenix isn’t like other places and you’ll truly work hard behind the confidence and encouragement of experienced professionals whose selfless main focus is YOU.I came to Phoenix as a wounded bird with little hope of a new start. Nick and Richelle helped me realize that with a little trust in the process and maximum effort on my end, I could rise from the ashes and soar to new possibilities (sorry, I couldn’t resist).I wholeheartedly recommend Phoenix to any one of any age or ability. You won’t regret it.“

“We have had the pleasure of working with Miss Olivia for almost a year. We cannot recommend IvyRehab for Kids and Miss Olivia enough. Our daughter was always so excited to go see Miss Olivia, who made PT sessions fun and engaging. We usually had an early session (7am) and Miss Olivia was always smiling and ready to go. We appreciate her cheering on our daughter, her tips and encouragement for us to continue the work at home, and her friendly disposition. We are grateful to be discharged but will greatly miss Olivia and will be forever grateful for everything she did for our daughter.“

“I went here for about three months 5 months after my ACL repair, with the specific goal of becoming more fluid, faster, capable of more dynamic motions, etc... From the beginning, I loved it here. Stuart is the best physical therapist I have ever had. He's funny, he's real, he's professional, and most of all enthusiastic about everything he does. He had me jumping, moving, juking in no time. Fond memory of doing an NFL like exercise on the taped boxes on the ground while he chased behind me doing the same exercise. He went out of my way to get me a return to skiing program, so that I can get back out there on the slopes!Basically, go here, and request Stuart. He's the best! Also shout out to Paige, who runs the joint! She's the nicest person ever! I loved coming here, I felt like I was hanging out with friends!“

“I’ve come to Lavanga a number of times but only for massages. I first got a package for them on Groupon. They’ve stopped using Groupon now but offer their own packages.Danielle has been great. She focuses on any areas you let her know of beforehand and tailors the massage accordingly. The only minor downside is that scheduling is a bit hard on the weekends so you end up having to book it a month or more in advance.“
