We had an issue in the middle of the night during a snow storm years ago, and after calling around, they were the only ones willing to come out and help us. When we needed a new AC unit, we called around again, and they came in as the best bid, and we had a great experience with them again. “These guys came out at 8:00 pm to unclog my toilet. One of the plastic baskets that holds toilet cleaner came off and was flushed down the toilet. “Shortly after we moved into our new home in the middle of a cold snap, I inadvertently shorted out a fuse in our furnace. I don't recall why I was even messing with it, but we grabbed the first listing that came up and called them. It was Saturday night around 11. The technician called us from the road and suggested that it might be that blown fuse, but I don't really know anything about HVAC machinery and told him to come on out. It probably took him longer to walk from his truck to our front door than it did to diagnose and fix the problem - blown fuse!!
