While visiting my father’s house, we had a plumbing problem on a Friday night. Saturday morning, I called Mann (Borough recommended) and they sent Daiman out to us. He worked really hard to clear the main line, however, it could not be opened. Monday morning, Julie from Mann called to say they had availability to return to the house that day. We’d left town (2+ hrs. away) but zoomed home just in time to meet them at 11:30 that morning. Although they were not able to complete the job until Tuesday morning. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time and quickly recognized that my defrost function on my heat pump was not working properly. After testing pressures and ect. The defrost mode worked again! Recommend keeping on eye on it, but maybe just got stuck this time and didn’t necessarily need replaced. So nice not to be sold something that you don’t need. I will definitely be signing up for Mann’s Energy Savings Agreement.

I had a Clogged condensation drain pipe, called at 8 AM, and Service Tech Jeffrey showed up within 30 minutes. He was super personable, explained everything, and had my whole system fixed, put back together, and finished within 20 couple minutes. I highly recommend this business, and Jeffrey specifically. Reasonable pricing as well.
