“Septic pump broke. JL Martin quoted $1500 to replace. Called Carter/Allison's, came out same day, replaced within 2 hours, price was $795. Very happy with service. Very nice people. So happy we called them.“

“Shortly after we moved into our new home in the middle of a cold snap, I inadvertently shorted out a fuse in our furnace. I don't recall why I was even messing with it, but we grabbed the first listing that came up and called them. It was Saturday night around 11. The technician called us from the road and suggested that it might be that blown fuse, but I don't really know anything about HVAC machinery and told him to come on out. It probably took him longer to walk from his truck to our front door than it did to diagnose and fix the problem - blown fuse!! At any rate he was a pleasant fellow - just wish I could recall his name - and we've had zero problems with the furnace ever since.“

I called and he turned his truck around and came right back! Didn't charge me for the return visit and apologized.
