“Absolute delight of a company to work with. I had purchased a PC through a 3rd party seller via Best Buy and started having overheating issues after about 6 months of use. Because I purchased through a 3rd party, all warranty service needed to go through them, which at first was frustrating, but a blessing in disguise. Bronx and Vivianna handled everything. My issue ultimately ended up being a manufacturer defect, but required multiple diagnoses, some botched repairs by Best Buy, and finally a manufacturer who was unwilling to acknowledge or correct the problem. The New Dream team handled all the back and forth every step of the way, and eventually had to offer me a replacement machine that at the end of the day was a slight step up from the machine I had sent away. Without them, this could have been a much more frustrating and difficult process, and while it took quite some time to get resolved, they were communicative throughout and made sure I understood why everything was happening. Next time I'm PC shopping I'll be keeping them in mind specifically in case I run into another one of these worst case scenarios.”
