My computer stopped working and Zachary was able to diagnose the problem without being able access it (it was unable to turn on) and talking the problem through with me. His diagnosis was correct and this ended up in a faster overall resolution to my problem.

Zacharch Harrison is on a different level when it comes to IT support. Not only is he a wizard, but he doesn't make feel as incompetent as I know I am when it comes to these important functions.
