My aging PC was running out of memory and kept crashing. Jim found a new matching hard drive, installed it, transferred some of the more complicated items, and solved an additional problem. He was kind and patient about explaining things to me. I learned a lot. It is a comfort to know someone so competent I can go to for help. Thank you Jim!

He was able to temporarily fix my broken PC screen free or charge. Really cares about customer experience and isn't trying to upcharge you. I'll definitely be back here for future problems.

Let’s face it, PC repairs can be very costly and the process full of unknowns. I felt an immediate sense of confidence and ease at Portland PC. Jim’s friendly service, genuine interest in customer experience, and curious info-gathering are model — a rare level of service. Very highly recommended!
