Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Ran into trouble with my gaming PC and stumbled upon Softserve. Marvin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to explain his thought processes and talk me through my options. He was incredibly honest and forthright with every step along the way. I can't recommend his services enough. He's very kind and an excellent communicator. He has earned my business for life.

I highly recommend Marvin of Softserve PC’s! I should have written this review long ago. My husband and I have been using Marvin for many years and cannot say enough good things about him. We started using him when my husband had a business, during which time Marvin built several computers for us. We recently had him build new computers for each of us, even though we are now retired, because we feel this is the best way to get good quality computers along with great support. Marvin is one of the most conscientious and responsive support person I have every worked with. He always tries to make time, somehow, to help his customers and is only concerned about their satisfaction with his service. And of course, he is very knowlegeable and can always find a way to fix your problem.
