We try to stay local with our business if at all possible.Claire went the extra mile with my husband & myself working with us when my not so old HP forced me to purchase a new computer. Everything went smoothly and I was impressed with how easy it was. Because of my "fat fingers", I pressed a key or keys on the new keyboard and locked the new pc up. Claire fixed the problem and now I'm off and running. And (in this day and age) not only did we get great customer service, but a fair price for repairs.
