I had problems with the microphone on my new computer. After trying to troubleshoot, unsuccessfully, for several hours, I called teck support and spoke with Zoltan Szasz who found the problem and patiently walked me through the solution process. He was so helpful. So glad he was able to resolve quickly the problem. Great job!
