Josh came on time to our place to install a replacement downdraft vent and in middle of it realized that the manufacturer changed the design of the new system so couldn’t continue with the install. However, he was very helpful with brainstorming and figuring out what needed to be done and gave us some guidance as to the next steps we needed to take (HVAC issues) so that we can make it fit. He was friendly and easy to work with. Office staff was friendly as well!

JC and Josh did a great job installing a double oven to replace my old microwave/oven combination (see before and after photos). First, they responded to my request to get a bid right away. Then when the new unit came in early they moved me up in the schedule so that I wouldn't miss Home Depot's return window in case there was something wrong with the new unit.The new oven looks really good. They were able to reuse the existing supports even though the double oven was a different size, and gave me the option to paint the trim pieces myself to save on the cost. Very happy with it!Service: Installation
