Bryan resided our house and found when our home was build in 2007 the windows were put in the wrong way and he corrected that for us cause we had no idea. They do not over charge and honest which is a nice comfortable feeling when your having construction done on your home! Bryan and his staff are so polite and clean up after themselves. Bryan’s mom re-caulked our large shower what a job she did it was beautiful. We have and we ALWAYS CALL R L ROSE CONSTRUCTION first cause if for reason they can’t do a project he has other contractors he has worked with and trusts. “DK Exteriors installed a sliding glass door, a picture window so big it had to be structural, and two bedroom windows at my home. I was nervous about them having to cut the aluminum siding to get the old windows out. Project was on budget, done to code, and looks great. Minor punch list items were quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Office staff accommodated my needed delays in scheduling, and were responsive to requests and questions. Project manager Guillermo answered all questions, made sure that workers addressed my concerns, kept workers supplied with materials they needed, and personally followed through on punch list items. Workers worked hard, paid attention to details, and did a good job of cleaning up all construction debris. Most projects have unforeseen things come up. How companies deal with them gives insight into the true nature of the company and its people. From top to bottom, my experience with DK was excellent, and I would consider using them again.“
