I had asbestos siding that desperately needed to be replaced. Joshua and his crew were fantastic. They got my asbestos siding removed in a single day, about six hours, and the price was more than fair! Highly recommend, and honestly will be my go-to the next time I need demo work done.

I hired Cargo Milani to do asbestos abatement in my bathroom. Joshua was the representative I worked with. I interviewed three companies for the job. Joshua of Cargo Milani was chosen. His communication skills are wonderful. He explained exactly how they would do the job. He was on time did the job extremely well and left the room perfectly clean. I strongly recommend Joshua and team for asbestos work, or anything else they do. From the initial visit through clean-up, Joshua was thorough, communicative, professional, and always took time to answer questions and offer explanations. We had asbestos-contaminated vermiculite attic insulation removed, along with an over-layer of old pink insulation. The insulation was ZAI (Zonolite Attic Insulation) brand, and Joshua made sure to provide us with exactly what the ZAI trust needs for us to receive reimbursement for half the job cost from them, per a standing judgment from a class action lawsuit.
