“We had lost power to part of our home. A faulty circuit breaker. When we saw the burned wire, we knew it was out of our DIY expertise. Of course it was 5pm on a Friday. We were able to get Josh from Cowger Electric to come the next day (last Saturday). He arrived by 8:15am and by 9am everything was fixed. He patiently answered all our questions and gave us some excellent electrical education.....and, cautious advice about using space heaters. He also checked the connections on the other circuit breakers. Highly recommend Cowger if you need electrical work. Karen went out of her way to get a team out to analyze the situation (running a new line from our garage under the house to the hot water heater in the crawl space) quickly. They made a plan and Devon and Sanfur got it taken care of in a couple of hours. I like that the quote is for the project and not per hour. They are going to get it done appropriately, to code with permits and if that takes all day, that's what it takes. I don't like getting surprises at the end of a project and Electric Norm delivers on all fronts!“

“I attempted to do a swap of a ceiling fan on my own. When I didn’t succeed I reached out to Landsby Electric. Even though Nathan (Owner) was taking a vacation, he found the time to communicate with me and let me know to expect a delay. Once he returned, we got in contact and he reached out the moment he had a window of availability. Nathan was very professional in his appearance and communication. As he began looking into the issue with my ceiling fan install he quickly discovered that the wiring in the light switches was completely done wrong by a previous individual and was causing the ceiling fan to not get the power it needed. He took the time to correct the wiring and was able to walk me through what he was doing and how he fixed it. I was very pleased with Nathan and how he helped with my electrical issue. He was also very friendly while in my home and I would not hesitate to use his professional services again if needed.Services: Electrical outlet & switch repair“
