It was easy to pay our bill online, everything was transparent, and when they decided not to install the dimmer switches they automatically removed it from our bill. “We had lost power to part of our home. A faulty circuit breaker. When we saw the burned wire, we knew it was out of our DIY expertise. Of course it was 5pm on a Friday. We were able to get Josh from Cowger Electric to come the next day (last Saturday). He arrived by 8:15am and by 9am everything was fixed. He patiently answered all our questions and gave us some excellent electrical education.....and, cautious advice about using space heaters. He also checked the connections on the other circuit breakers. Highly recommend Cowger if you need electrical work.
