There was some miscommunication between me, the estimator, and the electricians about how the outlets would look (i.e., they set more industrial ones suitable for a garage rather than cleaner looking ones for what will be an office). When I contacted Red's about this, they fixed it as soon as possible. Throughout the process, the staff was always friendly, helpful, and absolutely punctual.“

“I had a small electrical problem here at home that I could not figure out so I started looking around for an electrician and found elocalelectricians.com from another review here on Yelp. I sent out a request for a quote from 4 businesses and only got 1 reply back and that was from John at Phoenix. After I described what was going on he advised me to double check a connection and sure enough that's were my problem was. He didn't come out, didn't make any money off of me but yet he took the time to try and help me out on the phone and thus saved me a good $80 or more. Although I didn't have any service done from them per say, they will be on the top of my list to call if I ever need a electrician again!“

He in turn had to come up with a creative solution when we found out a heating vent was in the way. It cost around $500. He seemed knowledgeable and competent. As a young female, I found him easy to talk to and he explained things to me without talking down to me. Grant even looked over our inspection report to tell us if he needed to come out for any other work. He said the rest of the work on the inspection report was minor and could be done by my father (who is an electrician).“
