“I attempted to do a swap of a ceiling fan on my own. When I didn’t succeed I reached out to Landsby Electric. Even though Nathan (Owner) was taking a vacation, he found the time to communicate with me and let me know to expect a delay. Once he returned, we got in contact and he reached out the moment he had a window of availability. Nathan was very professional in his appearance and communication. As he began looking into the issue with my ceiling fan install he quickly discovered that the wiring in the light switches was completely done wrong by a previous individual and was causing the ceiling fan to not get the power it needed. He took the time to correct the wiring and was able to walk me through what he was doing and how he fixed it. I was very pleased with Nathan and how he helped with my electrical issue.
