There was some miscommunication between me, the estimator, and the electricians about how the outlets would look (i.e., they set more industrial ones suitable for a garage rather than cleaner looking ones for what will be an office). When I contacted Red's about this, they fixed it as soon as possible. Throughout the process, the staff was always friendly, helpful, and absolutely punctual.“

He didn't come out, didn't make any money off of me but yet he took the time to try and help me out on the phone and thus saved me a good $80 or more.
