The entire process from first contact to completion was very smooth. I spoke with Peter about my needs and he scheduled an appointment for 3 days out (I had called late on a Thursday). I wasn't expecting to be able to get an appointment so quickly.
Tristin and Gannon were the service technicians that completed the project. I needed to change one outlet to a 3-prong and had two outlets and a light switch that had stopped working and then started working about a week or so later.
