“The receptionist, Susan, is amazing. She was very honest and went above and beyond expectations to cater to our home insurance company and help us save money even if it wasn’t with them. They let us tear off our old roof to save money and even allowed us to borrow their nail magnet to clean up our mess. I truly believe they had our best interest in mind. The crew cranked out the job pretty fast and worked very hard and professionally, communicating very clearly in the morning and asking questions when appropriate. The overall price was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received. My only complaint is that they finished the roof Friday and didn’t say anything before they left, (they left extra materials and debris around our house until Monday) but didn’t say “we’re done for the day and we’ll pick this stuff up next business day” or anything. We ended up cleaning up the debris. The invoice was very fair and I would go with them again. They really care about their customer satisfaction with the job. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.“
“I have to talk about my experience with Patrick Roden to hang Christmas lights. We set a time, we set a price and Patrick got it done with no issues and I will continue to use him.As I was ready to through away the leftover Christmas stuff in the counters, I found that Patrick also does Roof cleaning. I text him, asked about cleaning my roof, we agreed to a time and price and Patrick showed up, cleaned the roof, cleaned the driveway mess. Can’t ask for a better guy to have home maintenance done. Patrick does what he says he is going to do. Very pleased customer.“

He then spent about an hour playing Sherlock Holmes to get my phone number. He texted me and I was able to come get it on my way out of town for a weeks vacation- absolutely saved me SO much time and stress. I can’t thank them enough!“

“A small section of our gutter on the back corner of the house was damaged from the ice storm. Dr Gutter was very responsive and prompt. We had him replace the damaged section and clean the front gutter. He was on time, efficient with their time and professional. The price was reasonable as well. “Very happy with my new roof by Five Star Exteriors. We had a few delays due to rain however the roof was 99 percent complete on the first day with only the ridge cap to install and gutters cleaned the next day. Everything was cleaned up when they finished just wish the cost was lower. Other then that the guys were polite and the roof looks great“

“We had a leak on the bathroom floor from an unknown culprit. Jesse and Jose came out and sleuthed it out and turns out our water heater was about to disintegrate on the back side and had been leaking water. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. They gave us all the scenarios and also options on how to move forward. They also performed a couple little things (took them 10 minutes tops) for us to make it easier to get to the mold behind cabinet for remediation. They didn't have to - it was above and beyond. We will recommend DoneRite to all of our neighbors - especially the ones that are remodeling“
