“We are very impressed with this painting company. Jeremiah was polite and listened carefully to what we were saying. He remembered everything we talked about and he and his team did an outstanding job painting the outside of our home. They sanded and stained 2 of our decks too. I feel the price was pretty expensive but it was a little bit lower than 2 other companies were. We have a single story house but we have what looks like a 2-story from the back of the house but it is not. There was a LOT of work involved with all the masking, painting, sanding and staining they did. Our house has 2000 sq ft but I don't think they go by that. Every house is different but the cost for us was $10,200 and Jeremiah only offered a $100 credit for a veteran which is lower than what other companies offer.“

“Happy with the home, but not happy about the vendors they use. I have problems with 7 of my home windows. I called and emailed Cascade Windows. They told me it’s gonna take a long time for them to even look at my windows they won’t even give me a date on when they can come look at them. Hayden homes have been great but Cascade Windows customer service sucks.“

“We cannot recommend Joe at A Man in Black enough. He has been excellent from the start; timely communication, meticulous work, cleans-up after he’s done for the day and friendly.

Joe replaced our entire fireplace, did the finish work around it and built us a hearth. He put all new insulation on the inside of the chimney structure (which wasn’t done very well before) and took his time making sure everything stone was placed well.

He cleaned up at the end of every day. My Wife noticed he was outside on the ground, on his knees, scraping-up all the remaining dust from cutting stone - in 25* weather.

We have been searching for a contractor for years to have this project done. We were repeatedly turned off by insane quotes for the project. We are thankful to have found A Man in Black and are looking forward to enjoying our cozy space thanks to Joes honest and hard work.
