We had a problem with calking in kitchen and bathrooms. We are under warranty but it was to be our responsibility to repair. Simplicity sent Nick out to take a look and the service we received was simply amazing. Not only is Nick friendly, he has a strong work ethic and replaced the calking in all 3 rooms for us. His workmanship was impeccable and now I feel like we have the ‘new’ home we purchased. He also went under the house to repair a squeaky floorboard. He’s talented! Thanks to Simplicity for maintaining this kind of high quality, highly skilled staff!

I was able to get a brand-new home with everything I wanted. I don’t think you can get any better than that. I would highly recommend the turnkey option, as that smoothed the way significantly. The beginning stages would have been a lot more confusing without assistance. From start to finish, my experience was surprisingly easy, and wonderfully gratifying.
