“I usually am very happy with this place. Dr Mckeon is very thorough. However, this last visit a week ago resulted in a lot of frustration. The doctor told me she was giving me two prescriptions. The next day my pharmacy had not yet received them. I called the office and was to sent VM. I received a text afterward stating it would take 72 hours to respond. By Monday 5 days later, I still had not heard from the clinic. I called again early on Monday and spoke to the receptionist. She said she saw my call into the office last week and would send a follow up. Another possible 72 hour response. The doctor had wanted me to use the prescription and return in 3 weeks to see if it worked. Now due to this delay in response time the whole timing is way off. I finally on the sixth day got a text telling me the prescription was sent in and a sort of apology. Not once did anyone actually call and apologize or explain the screw up. I guess talking to people nowadays is a way of the past and they prefer just to text you.”
