The doctor was great during the appointment but ultimately this is not going to work for me, because:- it cost me like $700 to get prescribed some steroidal ointment for my localized eczema, get my skin looked at and to have one mole biopsied. That's simply too expensive. - they use offshore customer service for a chain with like 7 clinics. This is totally unacceptable. - they send automated reminders/notifications to your phone and email but if you reply, it's a brick wall. Let me begin by saying the doctors and staff are a blessing. The best I have ever had. I gave them a low score because they are outsourcing appointment scheduler jobs to other places that American citizens need here to survive. Outsourcing jobs does nothing but take jobs away from folks here.However, there is a HUGE language barrier because the appointment scheduling team is in a different country. This is VERY troubling to me. Why would they hire an appointment scheduling team who can't speak English enough to properly schedule an appointment when they can hire within the 50 states.WHY IS THIS FACILITY NOT HIRING FOLKS WHO LIVE HERE. Five stars for Taylor in Lake Oswego office; one star for front office individual. Also, I completed a survey, requested to be contacted, and have heard from no one. This is so inconsistent, which does not instill confidence.
