(I love my primary care that I’ve had for over 20 years, but he’s not as cool as Dr. Davis) I’m so glad I have him removing my cancer. His assistant, Hailey H. Did a great job numbing the area. “My teen son was referred by his pediatrician for removal of a few moles that were bothering him. We were able to get an appointment rather quickly.

There were complications during his visit that Dr. Leitenberger and Abby handled with so much grace. They explained everything that was happening in an approachable manner - easy for young teens to understand, gave him autonomy to decide how the visit would proceed, and checked in on him numerous times to ensure he was ok during and after the procedure.

They didn’t rush us to get out the door when my son needed more time to recover. If you know anything about how typical dermatology shops are run, you’ll understand how exceptional that is.

Overall I just think this care team is wonderful for children (including neurodivergent kiddos like mine) and would highly recommend. Bonus: free 2-hr parking in the ground floor garage.“

“I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Claudia Taylor today. She was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly confident in her approach, which immediately put me at ease. I have visible tattoos (a full sleeve and a half sleeve) and really appreciated feeling completely comfortable and respected in her office. Dr. Taylor truly listened to me and made space for my concerns, which helped me feel seen and heard. She was also impressively knowledgeable about my insurance and made sure to honor the boundaries of my coverage so I wouldn’t be surprised by a big bill later. I really value that in a provider. “I went from 80% of my skin destroyed by psoriasis to TOTAL clearance, in under 1 week. After 16 years, this felt like a miracle.
I will acknowledge that Dr Landers can be overwhelming and even gruff. When I first saw her I told her a lot about my backstory (changing diagnoses, medication reactions), and she was not interested. She knew what I needed and wasn't interested in what I'd been through. I was so intimidated that I almost cried. It seemed we were not a good fit and she offered to refer me elsewhere if I wanted a different approach. HOWEVER, she had that attitude because SHE'S THAT GOOD. She knew instantly what I was dealing with (after 16 years of misdiagnoses), did a biopsy at the same visit, told me what meds she was likely to prescribe. As soon as we got biopsy results (confirming her visual diagnosis, about 2 weeks later) she started me on meds, which she herself provided until insurance came through. I cannot adequately describe the emotional and physical relief I have had since she put me on a healing path. Also I have seen her bedside manner change to one of care and protection. I am so glad to be Dr Landers's patient.“

“From the time I walked in everyone was VERY nice! The gal that took me back to the exam room was very friendly. Dr Jiang was wonderful. So nice friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic. You need to book your appointment way out since they are very busy. For urgent matters they do have a wait list to get you in sooner.“

“I had the best visit this time. The Dr I saw she was great. I wish we could choose who we see when we go to urgent care as I had bad visits in the past with Dr's who don't have good human interaction skills at this urgentcare. If I could choose it would be the Dr I saw at this visit. She really cared & it showed in everything she did, said & was welling to go above & beyond & because of that she saved my kidneys from further damage as she called me that same evening to let me know I needed to go to the ER asap. I only went in for a UA test at this urgent because I thought I was getting a UTI but because she actually listened to me she decided to also to blood labs & thats where she saw I needed to go to the ER so if it wasn't for her doing blood labs things could of gotten worse before I ended up in the ER. I am very grateful for her help.“

“Was hard to get an appointment here at first but I am guessing it was because she is so popular. She recently hired someone to help with some simple procedures like the kind I need and I can get an appointment frequently now. Staff is so friendly, I don't mind driving across town. She was highly recommended by my naturopath. Have not been treated so well by other skin care professionals in the past due to my lack of conventional beauty, I believe. She is not like that.“
