Lots of parking.The staff is helpful and very pleasant.The waiting room is welcoming and comfortable.The phone is answered quickly, no long holds.Dr Desai is an excellent doctor who listened to my concerns and explained everything in understandable terms.I received an email after the visit to review the medications that were prescribed.
From the moment of arrival in the office where I was greeted professionally and warmly through treatment by Dr Desai, the entire experience was beyond expectation. I had a relatively minor facial anomaly that was treated quickly and efficiently and now after a very short healing period, has yielded a very pleasing result, both medically and aesthetically. Highly recommend this office for any dermatologic issues you may encounter.
Everyone in the office is very friendly and as a patient you get in to see the doctor very quickly. My biggest concern is I live in Damascus and one goes through a lot of traffic and freeways to get downtown to the office. I wish they had a closer location for the people in the suburbs to go.
