I usually am very happy with this place. Dr Mckeon is very thorough. However, this last visit a week ago resulted in a lot of frustration. The doctor told me she was giving me two prescriptions. The next day my pharmacy had not yet received them. I called the office and was to sent VM. I received a text afterward stating it would take 72 hours to respond. By Monday 5 days later, I still had not heard from the clinic. I called again early on Monday and spoke to the receptionist. She said she saw my call into the office last week and would send a follow up. Another possible 72 hour response. I feel bad about this 2 year old late review. Dr Hajar and the staff at NW Dermatology Institute are fantastic! I had Mohs surgery and 2 moles removed. The staff and doctor answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend them.
Holly was so amazing every step of the way when scheduling. She explained the process and noted down my concerns and asking relevant questions. She followed up with me proactively which I appreciate so much as a busy mom. The best customer service I have received in a medical setting in a very long time. I felt so seen and heard with our situation!
