“We hired All Tech to repair a Samsung washing machine that had a drum that was no longer rotating. Ravi came out to diagnose the issue and quickly discovered that we needed a new controller PCB and sensor; he was able to source the sensor part himself, but the PCB model was apparently discontinued.

After our own research, we discovered that Samsung had actually renumbered the PCB and we found a local part shop that had one available. Ravi came back out to install it and got our washing machine quickly working again.
