“Doug and his manager are skilled technicians and have just the best customer service. I had a vendor install my hood incorrectly and I had Doug come out to take a look under warranty. He was patient and verified it was not a part problem. He offered to have his manager come out to look at it if the installers can’t figure it out. After a lot of back and forth with the other vendor, I finally reached back out to Doug and Appliance Hospital to see if they can help. Doug and his manager came out and fixed it in 15 minutes. I will not hesitate to hire them to fix any future appliance help!
