They knew exactly what is the original part and how it needs to be replaced with the whole sheet explaining all the details of the replacement. I brought it back and I was able to put it all back together within 2 hours and have a functioning washer now.
Saved myself the grief of trying to figure out the part myself order it online just to realize that it may be the wrong part.
Also the part comes with a 1-year warranty which is great. The service was fast, quick and exceptional.”
