We recently had A&P Appliance come to our house in Beaverton to repair our washing machine. First off the repair bill was very fairly priced!

Secondly, during the repair, there was an accidental bump that damaged our vacuum cleaner while the washing machine was being moved.

I have to say, the team at A&P handled this situation incredibly well. They immediately took full responsibility, were extremely apologetic, and went way above and beyond to make it right. Instead of just offering a simple fix, they helped us replace the entire damaged vacuum. Their phone communication was outstanding, friendly, transparent, and focused on solving the problem completely.
