I just experienced top notch service from Ravi for my refrigerator. Service was prompt, professional, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend this company! Plus, Priscilla in the office is incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Making my appointment felt like I had the perfect concierge so Ravi could be prepared for any kind of service or fix. 10/10 experience.
We had Ravi from All Tech out about a month ago and it was great. He was thorough and incredibly kind. Our dryer was tricky and needed some parts ordered, and Ravi followed through meticulously. He was communicative, reliable, and fixed our dryer. Thanks for your help! We will call y’all again in the future.
We're thrilled with our experience with All Tech. Our dishwasher was leaking and we were able to get scheduled quickly. Ravi came over and was able to immediately diagnose and fix the issues. He even showed us how to maintain the dishwasher moving forward. Fantastic service and we would definitely work with them again.
