“Marci is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have gone to her consistently for years and she never disappoints! I have super thick hair, but she always takes extra time and doesn’t overcharge. I also have curly hair and she is the only stylist I have ever gone to who can cut and style my hair perfectly. I have to say I am surprised there are any less than five star reviews. I don’t believe those reviews should be an accurate depiction of Marci or her skills.“
“Julie is the person who cuts my hair. Julie specializes in curly hair. She is a stylist who listens to what you want, and the end result is exactly what you ask for. I recommended her to a friend who likes her hair permed, and after I saw her, it was the best perm I've ever seen on my friend. Julie is very talented and is very accommodating to her clients. The salon is busy and friendly. Easy to get to in downtown Hillsboro. Parking is street parking, and they have some slots across the street in the parking lot. I recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a great place to go to look beautiful! ??“

“If you have curly hair and get Javaise as your stylist, ask her to cut off less than you actually want. Shrinkage wasn’t taken into account and I lost +5 inches of growth instead of the original 2-3” I wanted. Not exactly devastated, but things to remind myself in the future“
