John was the person who did mine and I told him I would call him “Dr. John” because he was seriously a SURGEON! Very little pain for how much overgrown nail that he removed. Friendly, professional, and reminded me about aftercare to keep it clean. Makes me feel like they take their cleanliness and safety seriously.
