“The 1 hour noggin treatment was heavenly. Noggin means head, for those are not as familiar with the word. I had a heavenly head (with neck and upper shoulder) massage that started with a hair wash. When making the appointment they were able to customize my treatment to even include some reflexology of the hands and feet too, at my request. Another fabulous thing about the women who work here is that are good listeners and have been responsive to me. I felt super comfortable asking questions on what tools they were using during the treatment and comfortable asking for custom adjustments here and there to make it just right for me.“

“Hi, I’m one of your regular customers. I think the nail technicians do an amazing job, and everyone provides great nail services. However, I wanted to share some feedback about the receptionist, Zen.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had a positive experience with her customer service. She doesn’t make me feel welcomed, and she often comes across as unfriendly or like she doesn’t enjoy being there. I’ve noticed this both when the salon is busy and when it’s not. It sometimes feels like customer service isn’t a priority.

The rest of the staff are always kind, welcoming, and provide excellent service, which is why this stands out. If the front desk experience were improved, I would easily give the salon 5 stars.
